The staff was friendly and helpful . Breakfast had a wide choice and the food was cooked to order, I found this to be a nice touch. The room included a SMEG fridge. This was a useful amenity.
The food in the restaurant was overpriced for the quality received. I found the steak pie to be watery, and the sweet potato fries were cold. It was difficult to get the attention of the staff during breakfast. The tables weren't cleared quickly enough.

The staff was very attentive I felt welcomed. Breakfast had an excellent choice of both continental and cooked options made to order.
The room was very hot I had to sleep with the windows open. Breakfast could be more child friendly it was too fancy for my daughter.

The staff was friendly and helpful . My room had a fridge, a nice bonus. I found the breakfast good. Food was cooked to order. (i liked that)
The room got very hot for both nights and I slept with the windows open. Breakfast wasn't very child-friendly, in my opinion. My daughter ordered scrambled eggs, but it had chives in it so she did not eat much.

Truly Superb Stay

The staff provided excellent service throughout my visit. Dinner options were varied, and the food tasted superb (I adored the salmon!). Breakfast included many choices, with hot food cooked to order, which I found great. I appreciated that the bar area offered pleasant spaces to enjoy a quiet drink.
My room seemed a bit dated, it could use some upgrades. This was a minor point, as the room was otherwise very comfortable.

The staff exhibited excellent availability and hospitality, ready to assist at any moment. Their friendly and helpful demeanor enhanced the entire atmosphere, and they were very professional. I found them quite attentive to all my needs.
